ObesityWeek prohibits video recording and/or live feed telecast of educational sessions. This includes but not limited to skype and periscope.

Do I have to be registered for TOS’s Annual Meeting before submitting an abstract?

No; abstracts are submitted by both ObesityWeek attendees and non-attendees. If your abstract is accepted, we encourage you to register for the annual meeting and attend to present your research in person.

What is the ObesityWeek cancellation/refund policy?

Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing and postmarked on or before September 23, 2016. Refund requests postmarked on or before this date will be honored minus a $50 administrative fee. Attendees may cancel merchandise and add-on sessions with no penalty.
