TOS 2017 Abstract Submissions
TOS accepted ideas for 2017 symposia November 18, 2016 – January 2, 2017. Thank you to all who submitted. Decisions will arrive by email in mid February from firstname.lastname@example.org.
The TOS Call for Abstracts will be open Friday, March 31, 2017 – Sunday, April 23, 2017. The Call for Late-Breaking Abstracts will be open Friday, July 21, 2017 – Sunday, August 6, 2017. Check back for details.

Self-Assessment Questions for MOC
All abstract submitters will be required to develop and submit one test question per abstract to meet requirements for Maintenance of Certification. This must also include a rationale for the right answer.
Financial Disclosure Rule
Within two weeks of notification of acceptance of abstract, any submissions with missing co-author disclosures must be completed. Acceptance notifications will be rescinded for all abstracts with incomplete disclosure information at the end of this two-week grace period. Financial disclosures for all authors are to be entered at the time of submission.

Abstracts for posters and oral presentations will be published in the Abstract Book and placed on the ObesityWeek website via a password-protected portal one week prior to the meeting to help with planning. TOS abstract book also includes Late Breaking Abstracts.

Abstract presenters and authors, whether oral or poster, in the Scientific Sessions at the Annual Meetings of both ASMBS and TOS at ObesityWeek are required to register for the Scientific Sessions, and are expected to pay the registration fee.
